I decided to turn on my MacBook to go to Google to see what all the fuss was about, and managed to catch the clip in question, called “Can’t Be Tamed” in which Miley plays a giant bird that quickly learns how to dance and gyrate, among other things. I scrolled down to the comments and saw the occasional “slut” thrown around here and there. Then I started thinking. That guy with no shirt in the New Moon movie definitely didn’t get the same flack. Why is that? Aren’t they about the same age, give or take a few months? Now I’m obviously not a fan of Miley Cyrus or a Twilight fan so I don’t really care, but I still wonder…. is there really that much of a difference?
